Working closely with RAVIDA Group and their clients is always a treat. We sink our creative teeth into creating an entire house lot of joinery – not just the obvious areas of kitchens, laundry, vanities – but also extended to all the robes, study, family room and a cellar.

House Lot – $200K

Budget always a concern for most people, obviously. Style – They were trying to get the classic ‘Hamptons’ look, but did not want it to end up looking too heavy. A majority of the house was classic Hamptons/Provincial, but for Master Robe wanted to be quite contemporary, with LED lighting and brushed stainless framed glass doors.

Initially concerned we would not be able to pull off their vision. But, the more they worked with us the more easily ideas flowed between us. They come to understand that no idea that they had would be dealt with anything less than studied consideration.

Getting the right balance of classic Hamptons without leaning too far over to a heavier Provincial, and a couple of technical issues between the needs of the design versus needs of the build..

Great functionality and ergonomics in a beautiful Hamptons style. These are not homes that the clients are building to flip, these are to be forever family homes.
