It’s a year now. The kitchen is working very well for me.

These were important factors: You were always welcoming with a ready ear – even for far-out ideas. Thinking about my way of using/cooking, e.g. my short stature and ergonomic height of the bench for me; using produce from the garden requiring shelves, etc, which are not a feature of sleek “Vogue” kitchens; thicker, more robust pantry shelves because I bulk-buy; plentiful storage with drawers which were just the right depth.

I appreciated the sound advice – I wasn’t always right. The style tips you gave steered me away form a novice’s blunders, e.g. the smaller glass tiles that I loved would have made the kitchen “too busy”. The time you spent discussing with me provoked thinking and further research.

Thank you for making my cooking life so much easier. I would certainly recommend you to my friends.

I want to say a huge thank you to everyone involved in the kitchen build. I absolutely love it and am so pleased with all of it. It has been a pleasure working with everyone from H&H and also all the tradesmen you supplied. I will definitely recommend you to people.

Dealing with a small ‘family’ company, instantly felt like we were more cared for than just being a number. H&H Cabinets responded quickly to any concerns or issues we had. They were always willing to listen, no matter what the question/concern was. Nothing was ‘too big a deal’, even when we flipped our design on it’s head last minute – the staff just took it in their stride.  We felt like we were getting the personal touch in every aspect of our job. Coming out of the first showroom meeting with the team at H&H Cabinets we were feeling comfortable that we had chosen the right team for our job! H&H Cabinets did all they could to be upfront about all the aspects of the job, never creating any false expectations, or leaving us with ‘assumptions’.

Having already gone through this with our pool room and laundry, we kind of  knew what to expect, knew the service we would get from H&H Cabinets, and we didn’t even bother to shop around – just wanted the same service we had last time.

Ned & Tara did a very neat, professional job, both rip-out and installing the new one. Ned’s ethic was great. If he said he would be there by 8, he was there. They were all very courteous and timely. All the main staff are fantastic, but so too were your subcontractor tradies!

We always felt like we knew what was happening. We loved the level of detail, the finish schedules, the plans, it was all pretty clear. There was a good balance of written and verbal communication. Would definitely recommend, infect have already given your details to a friend.

You were able to achieve what we wanted. Not the cheapest but also not the Top-top end, you took what we talked about and gave us a quality finish that we love. You give the clients a very good explanation of your costs, and how finishes and styles affect cost and why you’re higher than others. All the staff are great. Helpful and polite. No surprises during your processes or installation. All very good and overall finishes are excellent.

You made us feel comfortable. From an installation point of view, we loved Kane, he was fantastic and patient with us. Great communication during the design/planning stage. Honest and professional staff. We felt the communication during installation was a bit lacking. Being able to view things in the showroom was very helpful!

You were very flexible. I was generously gave me time to consider all my design options. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision just to keep your processes moving along. It re-assured us that you had our interests at heart. The install was great! They cleaned as they went. They were polite at all times I was here. Respectful of the property and mindful not to get things dirty if they could help it. The design process worked very well. It all ‘evolved’ naturally between us – even with all my questions. Communication was excellent, there was a good balance of email and phone calls.

The guys doing the install were all very good and very professional. The office staff too. Everyone was so approachable. Loved being able to drop into the showroom to see people if we felt we needed help with anything. With the design process we never felt forced into anything, never felt we were being sold to, but always given time to go over our decisions. Your cabinetry and finishes are excellent! Very good communication. Your pricing was very reasonable, design service was great. What you said you were going to do you delivered upon every time!

The Designer worked closely with me to not only bring my ideas for a new kitchen to life, but also to suggest further improvements for better utilisation of space, better layout and with more selection options – most of which I took up!

When we sold the house three years later, the cabinetry looked as good as Day One, with no cracks or movements – cabinets were well-made and well-fitted. Together, H&H Cabinets and I created a very high quality kitchen that my family is still very proud of – so much so that we have re-appointed H&H Cabinets to upgrade the kitchen of our latest house.

Having lived with my old kitchen for so long, I was very uncertain how a more modern one would look in our old house. However, H&H’s team walked through all my options, showed me how to improve the way I work in my kitchen, listened to what I wanted in the new kitchen, and kept the design simple and the cost down so I had something very modern, but not over the top for our old home. I’m very happy with the new look, and love the new benchtop & splashback .

Hope you and the guys are well. 6 months have passed and I said I’d send some pics thru! Cabinetry, drawers, hinges etc are going well. We’re enjoying all the storage. I’m especially loving the kitchen; stainless steel bench tops and sinks are fabulous and the overhead shelves you did in oak are great for display. The dark grey-blue pantry wall looks stunning and i wouldn’t have it any other way. Flush finger pulls are working really well, smooth, easy to clean and look great. I believe in residential renovation projects, the kitchen more or less makes it or breaks it, and I can honestly say the design and quality fit-out of this kitchen and has made it all worth while.

Thank you again for your work on our house; attention to detail with specs, testing and sampling particular finishes for us and following up with fitting, ensuring that the functionality and aesthetics are optimum. We have certainly appreciated the craftmanship and professionalism of H&H.

H&H Cabinets were easy to work with. The team all worked at forming a good relationship with us. They were fun! There is a vast amount of knowledge with the team. They always gave considered options during the design process on what was available in hardware & finishes. During the design process they were honest and open about what they thought would work or not and just didn’t ‘pamper’ to us. They didn’t ‘take sides’ during the design process between myself (Marco) and Sharon.  They always gave us both sides to every decision and helped us work our way through our concerns.

We were blown away by the seamless installation process – we didn’t even know the guys were on site, next thing the house is filled with quality joinery.

I’m a details person, so loved the attention to detail, email trails that were given. It was reassuring. Have already recommended you to a friend!

You took the time to step us through everything and design something we were happy with, and could see it in 3D. After out first meeting, and being in your showroom, we thought we were going to get a very high quality job. Overall the quality is very good, just a few issues, but you listened to our complaints and reacted to them. All issues were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Dale has been brilliant in dealing with everything very professionally.

We absolutely LOVE the end product. The quality of finishes is great! Being able to touch and feel finishes and see the hardware selections in action, the various stone thicknesses etc in the showroom was fantastic. All the team are very professional, neat, tidy and well-mannered. Easy to get along with and a pleasure to have working in the house. We were happy with your product, quality and the end results! It all looks and functions brilliantly. Your flexibility was greatly appreciated. Things changed rapidly as construction came to the end, and nothing was too much trouble for you to change as needed.

You listened to our needs and budget and worked hard to give us everything we wanted. You really listened and have a great attention to detail! Very open with your pricing, we were impressed on how you walked us through so we could understand why it costs what it costs. You accommodate your clients – we never felt treated like a number. Great communication – we never felt like we were in the dark or un-informed. All our emails answered straight away and all phone calls responded to.

All the staff are polite and easy to deal with. The on site tradesman are neat, tidy and cleaned up every day they were here. Sam was absolutely GREAT! I cannot say enough how much we put him through, but he was there to help every time! Being able to go into the showroom and speak to Jeff and see/touch/use all the stuff that you recommend for the kitchen, plus seeing the 3Ds was great! The cabinetry went in quickly and with little fix-ups required. They were very clear about the timings with the stone going in, the glass man was brilliant – and the colour he got is almost exactly the same as the wall – Fantastic!! Thanks for everything. We love the kitchen.

Overall it was a very smooth process, very good product and finish. Showroom staff were great, not pushy, very helpful, great communicator and catered to my needs. You have clear documentation, always answered any questions via email or phone. Design was great!
